HOW IS YOUR NPI UTILIZED?
We do not disclose any nonpublic information about you without your express consent, except as permitted by law. We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to employees, third party service providers, such as account custodians (i.e., broker-dealers, banks, mutual fund companies) you have selected, and others who need to know such information in order to provide products or services to you. Disclosure of nonpublic personal information to such parties is unrestricted unless you specifically instruct us differently by opting-out (as permitted by law).
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information. This includes measures to protect your information during its disposal.
OPTING OUT OF INFORMATION SHARING
Essential Wealth Management reserves the right to disclose or share your NPI with nonaffiliated third parties, for the purposes described herein and as permitted by federal laws and regulations.
You may instruct Essential Wealth Management not to share NPI with nonaffiliated parties except in those circumstances previously described herein. To do so, send a written request to our firm’s principal or the Investment Adviser Representative who services your account and request that your name is added to Essential Wealth Management’s “Opt Out” list.
FUTURE POLICY REVISIONS
This policy may change to reflect updates in our practices, procedures, or regulatory requirements concerning the collection and use of NPI. As our client, you will receive notification of revisions or changes to this policy.
